There's been an ongoing issue with the new back up play data system put in place by Google. We are currently working with them to solve the issue, along with our own developers.
We’ll be reverting to an older back up system as a stop-gap measure. We've submitted an updated version, Version 3.3.3, to the App Store. After it's approved, we'll be updating the game. Downloading the update at that time will get things in working order for most Strikers.
You should be able to back up your play data after updating to Version 3.3.3. If you are receiving error messages when attempting to back up or transfer your data even after updating, please contact our support team here. They’ll be able to sort out the problem!
FOR STRIKERS WHO BACKED UP THEIR DATA AFTER 3.3.2
Please back up your data after the update, as data backed up after Version 3.3.2 will not work with Version 3.3.3.
In the meantime, contact our support team if you need a data transfer immediately. They should be able to manually transfer your data.
