- Please do not play any further than the tutorial, make any purchases, or claim any mission rewards on the new account.
- If the app is running, please go to "Friends"→"Search for Friends" and find the User ID written as "User ID:XXXXXXXXX."

Note: Before we can get started with the data recovery process, please read our Terms and Conditions and reply to us stating clearly that you accept.
Otherwise, we will not be able to handle your request.

【Terms and Conditions】

  • 1. The user must agree to the Terms and Conditions before we can proceed with their play data recovery.
  • 2. It is not possible to merge data from multiple backups.
    Progress made on your new account will be lost after your old account is recovered (including monsters and items that had been obtained.)
  • 3. It is possible that after recovery, the clear status for Quests, Mission Log entries, and your Monsterpedia may not be correctly displayed or reset.
  • 4. Data is recovered directly from the server. It may be different from what is currently displayed in a user's Monster Strike app. We are unable to compensate for the loss of any data that was unrecoverable.
  • 5. We are unable to compensate for any disadvantages that the data recovery may cause in current Monster Strike events.
  • 6. Data recovery cannot be undone.
  • 7. We can only recover an account if we can verify ownership of a user's current device and the device on which their original account was used.
  • 8. App reinstallation is required for the data recovery. If the user decides to cancel the recovery after already deleting the app, their data will be lost.
  • 9. The recovery process may take some time.
  • 10. We agree to perform the user's play data recovery once. Any subsequent data recovery requests will be considered separately.
  • 11. The recovery process cannot be cancelled after a user agrees to the Terms and Conditions for data recovery and sends this form.
For our investigation, we require that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
